The services will be provided to Federal Medical Center (FMC) Devens. The physical address of FMC Devens is 42 Patton Road, Ayer, MA 01432. The contract type is an indefinite/delivery requirements contract with firm-fixed unit price. The award will be based on past performance and price. See statement of work for a more detailed description of the requirement. The solicitation will be available and distributed solely through the SAM website at www.SAM.gov. All future information concerning this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will be distributed solely through this website. All contractors doing business with the Federal Government are advised that this future solicitation includes the clause FAR 52.212-4(t) for Commercial Items and System for Award Management (SAM).
