LCP Native American Spiritual Guide -LCP Program

The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Field Acquisition Office in Grand Prairie, Texas intends to make a single award for the provision of Native American Spiritual Guide for inmates at the United States Penitentiary (USP) Leavenworth, Kansas. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 813110 (Size Standard: $7,500,000). This solicitation is being issued as unrestricted. Faith-based and Community-based organizations can submit offers/bids/quotations equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible. The Government contemplates awarding of a contracts with firm-fixed unit prices resulting from this solicitation. The anticipated Effective Date of Award (EDOA) is March 1, 2019. The resulting contract will include a base year from the EDOA through 12 months from the EDOA with four (4) possible 12-month option periods for renewal at the discretion of the Government. There will be a 6 month extension period in accordance to FAR 52.217-8 (Option to Extend Services). There is an estimated quantity of 1,500 sessions/hours per option year and 750 sessions for the 6 month extension. All duties shall be performed in accordance with standards and methods generally accepted within the industry and in compliance with all Federal and State policies and regulations. The solicitation will be made available on or about October 2, 2018 and will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunities website at http://www.fedbizopps.gov/.
