Replace FPC Food Service Coolers and Freezers

The Federal Bureau of Prisons (FBOP) hereby issues solicitation 15B41125B00000001 for the award of a firm-fixed-price construction contract for a project entitled Replace FPC Food Service Coolers and Freezers at the Federal Correctional Institution (FCI) located in Pekin, IL. FCI Pekin is located at 2600 S. 2nd St. Pekin, IL 61554. The project consists of furnishing all equipment, materials, and labor for the complete construction to replace the Federal Prison Camp (FPC) Food Service coolers and freezers located at FCI Pekin in accordance with attached specifications. Specification attachments included with the solicitation will provide complete requirements for the project. Any secured/locked documents with the solicitation will require an active vendor registration at https://SAM.gov as well as your Marketing Partner Identification Number (MPIN) associated with your System for Award Management (SAM) registration. Pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 36.204, the estimated magnitude of the project lies between $100,000 and $250,000. It merely conveys that the estimate/budget lies somewhere within that range). The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code applicable to this requirement is 238220 with a corresponding small business size standard of $19 million.
