Mobile Mammogram Services

The Federal Correctional Institution in Waseca, MN, intends to make a single award of a firm fixed price requirements type contract of one base year plus four option years to a responsible entity for the provision of Mobile Mammography services as prescribed in the description of duties listed below at FCI Waseca, MN. The contractor will be scheduled to perform on-site mammograms for the female inmate population at FCI Waseca. It is estimated that eight one-hour sessions will be needed three times per year. One session is defined as one hour in length. Sessions will typically be scheduled every other month between the months of April and September. Sessions will be scheduled between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding Federal Holidays. The contractor will be notified in advance of the requested date of service and number of inmates to be examined. See Statement of Work attached to the Solicitation document for complete details. SUBMISSION OF QUOTES: Quotes must be received no later than 4:00 p.m., Central Time on Thursday, August 6, 2020. Quotes received after the receipt of quotes deadline will be handled in accordance with FAR 52.212-1(f). EACH QUOTER SHALL COMPLETE AND SUBMIT ALL FORMS, CLAUSES, AND STATEMENTS/DOCUMENTATION WITH THE COMPANIES QUOTE. FAILURE TO DO SO MAY CAUSE THE VENDOR’S QUOTATION TO BE CONSIDERED UNACCEPTABLE.
