AFD: Towing, Storage, Maintenance and Disposal of Seized and/or Forfeited Vehicles for the Eastern and Northern Districts of California and the District of Nevada

The United States Marshals Service (USMS) has a requirement for towing, storage, maintenance, and disposal of seized/forfeited vehicles in the Eastern and Northern Districts of California and the District of Nevada. The vehicles will include production-sized cars, trucks, vans, motorcycles, etc. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items using simplified acquisition procedures prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) part 13. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The USMS will award a Firm Fixed Price type contract for Vehicle Services in the Eastern and Northern Districts of California and the District of Nevada.
