Synopsis:

The Mission Installation Contracting Command – Fort Knox intends to issue a Request for Quotations (RFQ) to provide boxed noon meals for applicants processing through the Fort Jackson Military Entrance Processing Station (MEPS), located at 2435 Marion Avenue, Columbia, SC 29207.The period of performance is 1 September 2026, or date of contract award, whichever is later, through 31 August 2027, with two, one-year option periods.

This solicitation is 100% set-aside for small business. NAICS 722310 (Size Standard: $47 Million) applies to this procurement. All responsible small business sources may submit a proposal.

The RFQ will be posted to the SAM.gov website on or about 22 April 2026 with quotes due on or about 22 May 2026. These dates are subject to change. All amendments to the solicitation will be likewise posted on this website. Vendors are cautioned to check the website periodically for amendments. All contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov to be eligible for award of a contract. Faxed quotes or amendments will not be accepted.
