The procurement includes the production and delivery of notices in accessible formats—such as braille,
data CD, audio CD, and large print—for blind and visually impaired beneficiaries, in compliance with federal accessibility requirements and court-mandated obligations. The contract is necessary due to the urgent need to transition SNO support from the National Technical Information Service (NTIS), which is being disbanded, to ensure uninterrupted delivery of critical communications.
