Justification for Other than Full and Open Competition (JOFOC) for the SELC Relocation to the F250 Event Bengaluru and Bengaluru Space Expo

This notice provides the Justification for Other than Full and Open Competition for the relocation of the Space Experiential Learning Center (SELC) to the F250 Event Bengaluru and the Bengaluru Space Expo, and its subsequent return to Consulate Chennai. This notice is being posted as required by FAR 6.301(b). A copy of the Justification for Other than Full and Open Competition is attached to this notice.
