The United States State Department has a requirement for contractors to provide a Toyota Corolla Cross- XRE flex or similar vehicle. You are invited to submit a quotation.

• Must be manufactured for the Brazilian market
• Transmission: Automatic Transmission
• Electronic stability system
• Anti-lock braking system (ABS)
• Antislip regulation (ASR) or traction control system (TCS)
• Brake assist (BAS)
• Number of doors: 4
• Spare tires: one (1)
• Intermittent wipers: front & rear
• Dual Air Bags
• Anti-theft system: alarm & immobilizer
• Minimum number of seats: 5
• Seat material: Cloth upholstery
  • • Only vehicles from the current model year (2025/2026) will be considered.

Payment method: EFT - Electronic Funds Transfer - Net 30 days after the delivery of vehicle.

Important Note: The government will not handle any import procedures for the vehicle.

Interested parties must have an active SAM registration and provide their Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) along with their expression of interest.

The State Department plans to award a Purchase Order. You are encouraged to make your quotation competitive. You are also cautioned against any collusion with other potential offerors with regard to price quotations. This announcement does not commit the State Department to make any award. The State Department reserves the right to change or cancel this announcement, or any part of it, without notice.

Amendment 01 - The purpose of Amendment 01 is to:
a - Incorporate the required technical specifications for the vehicle, as well as the maximum delivery timeframe
and the availability of an authorized service network in Brazil for maintenance and warranty services, into
Section 1 (the Schedule) of the solicitation.
