CELLULAR PHONE SERVICES

Please note this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The Embassy of the United States in Kinshasa will launch the solicitation on the SAM.gov website when it is available. The Contractor shall provide and deliver Cellular Phone Services to the U.S. Embassy Kinshasa, as described in this solicitation. The anticipated performance period is for a base year, with four one-year option periods, if exercised by the Government. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The contract type will be a fixed price with economic price adjustment indefinite quantity/indefinite delivery under which the Government will place firm fixed-price delivery orders. The Embassy intends to issue orders for approximately 550 phone lines. All contractors are required to be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://sam.gov/content/duns-uei at the time of submittal of an offer pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7.
