Description
The Embassy of the United States in Gabon is launching its solicitation on the SAM.gov website.
The purpose of this fixed price contract is to obtain Gardening services for the U.S. Government at Libreville. The Contractor shall perform services in designated spaces.
The anticipated performance period is for a base year, with three one-year option periods, if exercised by the Government. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered.
The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract.
The Government is planning a pre-quotation conference and the date for this conference is specified in the solicitation.
All contractors have to be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database

The U.S. Consulate General Merida intends to issue a solicitation for a firm-fixed-price contract for complete landscaping, grounds and lawn care, and gardening services at U.S. Government-owned property in Merida, Mexico. The Consulate of the United States in Sao Paulo, Brazil is soliciting for gardening services and building external grounds maintenance services for the U.S. Consulate General in Sao Paulo. The U.S. Government intends to award a contract/purchase order to the responsible company submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract/purchase order based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.
