Dedicated Internet Access (DIA) Circuits

Solicitation No.: 19GE50-19-R-0067 The American Consulate General, Frankfurt provides the following Pre-Solicitation Notice regarding the issuance of a Request for Proposal (RFP) for: Dedicated Internet Access (DIA) Services for the U.S. Embassy Riyadh, Saudi Arabia The Regional Procurement Support Office in Frankfurt, Germany, intends to issue a RFP and award a Firm-Fixed Priced, Indefinite Quantity-Indefinite Delivery type contract during the third quarter of calendar year 2019. The successful Contractor shall furnish DIA network circuit paths and requisite bandwidth for the US Embassy, other US Government facilities located within the diplomatic quarter, and the GSO Annex in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Contractor shall coordinate the service and shall be responsible for the technical sufficiency of the circuit, including services necessary to establish, operate, and restore the circuit. The Contractor shall provide all equipment, materials, and supplies required to provide the service. The Contractor shall provide sufficient technical support to ensure uninterrupted end-to-end service between terminal points to be specified in the contract.
