OFO San Francisco Firing Range Services - Alameda

Notice of Intent to award as a sole source requirement the provision of firing range services to the County of Alameda (1401 Lakeside DR 12TH Floor Oakland, California 94612), for the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Customs and Border Protection, Area Port of San Francisco. This proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the statutory authority of 41 U.S.C. 1901 (Simplified Acquisition Procedures). The procedures in FAR subpart 13.5 are being used in accordance with FAR 13.501(a)(1)(ii). This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for determining what strategy to utilize to conduct a competitive procurement in the future. Any vendors who believe they can provide the services and can provide proof of ability to meet the requirements should email their company's capabilities information to the attention of Contract Specialist Benjamin Dorgan by Monday, January 3, 2022 at 8:00am Pacific time. Information submitted should support the company's capability to perform the work required. The Government shall not be responsible for costs in the preparation of responses to this announcement.
