Firing Range Services for CBP Port of Norfolk

In accordance with FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No other Supplies or Services will satisfy agency requirement. U.S. Customs and Border Protection, Area Port of Norfolk, VA intends to negotiate a Sole Source Award with Csa-vab, Llc, dba as Freedom Shooting Center - Freedom Outdoors, 1300 Diamond Springs RD STE 204, Virginia Beach, Virginia 23455-3645, for quarterly indoor firing range services for 135 officers. Firing Range shall be located within 20 miles of the Norfolk Custom House, 101 E. Main Street, Norfolk, VA 23510. Services provided includes the following: Indoor range - 8 lanes, range to 25 yards, 16 to 18 days per quarter, classroom - seating up to 14 officers, 16 to 18 days per quarter, Training/Mat Room - 6 days per quarter. The period of performance for this requirement shall be for a base period from August 1, 2023 through March 31, 2024 and Four (4) option years from April 1, 2024 through March 31, 2028. The NAICS code for this procurement is 611699, small business size standard it $16.5M. This notice of intent is not a request for quotations. No solicitation will be made available.
