Background

The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) in Clarksburg, WV (CJIS) is issuing this Request for Information as a means of conducting market research to identify parties able to provide and install a portion or all the listed furniture in the attached 'Basis of Design List.' CJIS has a terrace that was recently resurfaced and is planning to furnish the space with a combination of dining furniture, lounge furniture, and shade structures to make it usable by employees. The listed furniture is for basis-of-design only. The FBI will accept substitutions if deemed technically equivalent in comparison to the provided specifications and product data. Acceptance of the substitutions is at the discretion of CJIS.

Submission Deadline: ALL responses shall be submitted to the Contracting Officer via email by Wednesday, October 21, 2026 at 10am Eastern Time. No submissions will be accepted after the date/time provided.
