All who wish to submit a "Responsive Quote" must submit as signed SF 1449 the was the initial RFQ and all three (3) Amendments on the SF 30.forms

The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to perform the installation of a new 12-strand, 150-foot (150ft) Single Mode (SM) fiber optic cable at the Dobbins ARB ATC Tower. This new SM fiber will replace an existing legacy multimode (MM) fiber run currently supporting the Negation of Improvised Non-State Joint Aerial-Threats (NINJA) system.
