Acoustician Consulting and Engineering Services

The John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts is planning on posting a full and open competitive solicitation in FedBizOpps in approximately 6 to 8 weeks for Acoustician Consulting and Engineering Services. Firms in this industry comprise establishments primarily engaged in applying physical laws and principles of engineering in the design, development, and utilization of machines, materials, instruments, structures, processes, and systems. Services undertaken by these establishments may involve any of the following activities: provision of advice, preparation of feasibility studies, preparation of preliminary and final plans and designs, provision of technical services during the construction or installation phase, inspection and evaluation of engineering projects, and related services. The purpose of this sources sought announcement is to gauge the availability and interest of qualified firms capable of performing a potential range of these types of services. This announcement is not a Request for Proposal (RFP) or an Invitation for Bid (IFB), nor is it to be construed as a commitment by the Government. The Government does not intent to contract on the basis of this request or otherwise pay for any information solicited herein.
