This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2020-07 / 08-31-2020. North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) 325413, In-Vitro Diagnostic Substance Manufacturing, with a Size Standard of 1250 employees, apply to this procurement. This acquisition is solicited unrestricted for brand name products. VISN 1 VA Connecticut Healthcare System intends to award a single firm fixed price contract for Qiagen Virology & Molecular Reagents and Supplies that will work with current equipment in place. This procurement is being conducted under FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This procurement is unrestrictive and all eligible quoters are encouraged to submit quotes. To be eligible for award quoter must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) (https://www.sam.gov) at the time of award.
