Intent to Sole Source Notice The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office 4 (NCO4) intends to award one (1) sole source contract to a nursing facility in the VA Medical Center Lebanon, PA catchment area (Schuylkill County) for the provision of onsite nursing home services for eligible Veteran recipients located in the local geographic catchment area.
