Pre-Solicitation Notice The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office 4 (NCO4) intends to award a sole source agreement to a nursing facility in the VAMC Butler, PA catchment area for the provision of onsite nursing home services for eligible Veteran recipients currently housed at that facility. The sole source award will remain in effect until 08/31/2023 or when new contracts are placed.
