Size Standard: 1,000 employees 

Offeror Responsibilities: 

Potential offerors are responsible for downloading and returning a copy of the solicitation package, including the form, to the contracting POC. This letter must confirm that the offeror is an authorized distributor of Stryker products. Failure to include this letter of authorization with the quotation will result in the elimination of the offeror from consideration for the contract.
