SOLICITATION NOTICE OF TIERED EVALUATIONS This procurement is set-aside based on an order of priority as established in 38 U.S.C. 8127. TIERED EVALUATIONS INCLUDING SMALL BUSINESS CONCERNS: This solicitation is being issued as a tiered evaluation for SDVOSB concerns, or in the alternative, a tiered evaluation for VOSB concerns, or in the alternative, a set-aside for other small business concerns with HUBZone small business concerns and 8(a) participants having priority. If award cannot be made, the solicitation will be cancelled and the requirement resolicited. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), CISN 5 includes Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC) MD, Washington DC, and WV locations intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) to award a single or multiple depending on geography coverage needs, fixed price task orders for VISN Wide Low Voltage Technical Support Services. Performance period is May 8, 2020 to May 7, 2021 with (4) one year option year periods. The solicitation will be available approximately seven (7) calendar days from the date of publication of this announcement. The solicitation will be available at http://www.fedbizopps.gov . Amendments to the solicitation will also be posted on this website. All respondents must be registered in the SAM data base, see https://www.sam.gov to include the completion of Representations and Certifications and registering with Vets 4212 at https://www.dol.gov/vets/vets4212.htm . Offerors must be registered in VetBiz at http://vetbiz.gov/ All parties must obtain amendments to the solicitation through the web site. Hard copies will not be mailed. The contract will be awarded in accordance with the procedures specified in the solicitation. The solicitation will be issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP) conducted in accordance with FAR Part 13.5. This project is being solicited as a TOTAL 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE (SB). The North American Classification System (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 561320, with a small business size standard of $30 million annual receipts for the past three (3) years. The estimated magnitude of this project is between $100,000 to $900,000 . The solicitation package, amendments, and site visit minutes will be issued by way of FedBizOpps website only. The period of performance for a task order shall be 120 calendar days from award date. With an option to extend up to one additional 120-day period.
