G004--Option Year One Exercise Residential Service for Homeless Veteran

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Regional Procurement Office (RPO) East, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 6, on behalf of Veteran Affairs Medical Center Durham has a requirement for a contractor to provide Residential Services for Homeless Veterans. The Contractor shall provide all materials necessary to fulfill the requirement for Temporary Emergency Residential Shelter for the Veteran Affairs Medical Center (VAMC) location specified in the Performance Work Statement. The contractor shall furnish housing for the beneficiaries of the Durham VA Health Care System within thirty-five (35) miles of the Durham VA Health Care System. The Contractor shall provide Temporary Emergency Residential Shelter to include but not limited to: beds, restroom, bath, kitchen facilities, and related furnishings; adequate security measures, e.g., locks on windows and doors and area fenced, as well as security measures in accordance with VA standards and in conformance with state and local safety and health codes as outlined in 38 CFR, Section 17.53b. This is a Pre-solicitation only. Interested contractors should watch for the issuance of the solicitation which will have specific instructions and requirements associated with this procurement. The tentative date for issuing the solicitation is on or about 14 July 2021. In accordance with FAR 19.502-2, this is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The NAICS Code for this procurement 623220 Residential Mental Health and Substance Abuse Facility Services, size standard of $16.5 million and the corresponding Product Service Code is G004- Social Rehabilitation Services.
