As a result of this Request for Proposals (RFP), the Government Government anticipates awarding multiple Indefinite delivery Contracts (IDC) under authority 38 U.S. C. 1720 for Nursing Home Services for eligible veterans of the Department of Veterans Affairs in the following Counties in the State of North Carolina: Wake, North Carolina: Wake, Cumberland and Cabarrus Counties.Cumberland and Cabarrus Counties.
