Regional Procurement Office (RPO) - East intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Biomedical Research & Development Laboratories, Inc., 8561 Atlas Drive, Gaithersburg, MD 20877, to purchase a Brandel Gradient Fractionation System for the VA Salt Lake Health Care System. The equipment is necessary to upgrade the current Brandel system for experiments used in their research studies and to maintain data consistency.
