This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested. The Government reserves the right to make no award from this solicitation. This is a Request for Quote (RFQ). The government anticipates awarding a firm-fixed price contract resulting from this solicitation. This solicitation is for 100% set aside for Small Businesses. The NCO 12, Great Lakes Acquisition Center, 115 S. 84th Street, Suite 101, Milwaukee, WI 53214, is soliciting offers from Small Businesses to supply the Nutrition and Food Service of the Tomah VA Medical Center in Tomah, WI with Bread and Bakery Products to provide for patient meal service. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, and tools to deliver the requested items weekly throughout the year. Respondents to this solicitation must fully demonstrate their capability by supplying detailed quote information along with any other documents necessary to support the requirements below.
