Pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subparts 8.405-6 (a)(2) and 5.301, this notice is to post the redacted Limited Sources Justification for the award of a short-term fixed price Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) under the statutory authority as implemented by FAR Subpart 8.405-6 (b)(3) to the incumbent contractor, Tosoh Bioscience, Inc. This BPA is established for the continued provision of automated hemoglobin A1C testing instrumentation, reagents, and supplies in support of Veterans Service Network 16 (VISN 16) medical centers and outpatient clinic laboratories.
