The United States Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Healthcare Administration, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 17 located at 2002 Scott Boulevard, Temple, TX 76504-7451 is hereby posting this combined synopsis/solicitation to Fed Biz Opps. Solicitation 36C25718Q0094 is issued on behalf of the VA North Texas Healthcare System (VANTHCS), Healthcare for Homeless Veterans (HCHV) Program Office located at 4500 South Lancaster Street, Dallas, TX 75216. The HCHV program requires a vendor to provide up to 23 beds to homeless veterans within the greater Dallas (Dallas County) Texas metropolitan area. The vendor will have the ability to provide up to 18 beds to homeless veterans who are single and up to five family units to veterans with dependents (spouse and/or children). The average length of stay will be up to 90 days. Please refer to the attached RFQ number 36C25718Q0094 for specific program requirements.
