Customer will provide COVIDIEN SALES LLC service personnel with full access at the agreed time. Contractor shall provide full-service coverage of this equipment, including both corrective and preventative maintenance. The Contractor shall not charge additional money for any shipping, parts, labor, or travel to repair or replace this equipment. Contractor shall provide functionally equivalent loaner equipment at the Customer s request at no additional charge while the customer s equipment is being repaired or serviced. Contractor shall provide all software version upgrades for this equipment to Customer at no additional charge. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement no later than 12:00 PM Central Standard Time, Wednesday, March 25th, 2026. Information received in response to this notice must clearly demonstrate the capability of meeting the Government s need as stated above.
