The Department of Veterans Affairs established Health Care for Homeless Veterans (HCHV), in accordance with 38 U.S.C. 501, and 2031. Network Contracting Office 21 (NCO 21) INTENDS TO AWARD A SINGLE SOURCE IDIQ CONTRACT for Health Care for Homeless Veterans (HCHV) emergency housing that includes case management services on the Island of OAHU for the Department of Veteran Affairs Pacific Islands Healthcare System through US VETERANS INITIATIVE. The proposed contract award will be for 5 years. This solicitation is a Single Source Award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with an ordering period not to exceed five years and six months. This procurement is in accordance with FAR Part 12 Commercial Items and FAR Part 13.5 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 624221 with a small business size standard of $12,000,000.00. The FSC/PSC is G099. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES; however, any firm that believes it can meet the requirements may give written notification prior to the response due date and time. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to perform the requirement for the estimated period of performance. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. If no responses are received, the Government will proceed with the award. The Government will not be responsible for any costs incurred by responding to this notice.
