The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2026-01 / 03/13/2026.  The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 238220, with a small business size standard of $19 Million Dollars.  The Network Contracting Office 7 is seeking Fire Sprinkler Inspection, Maintenance & Repair Services for the San Diego VA Medical Center located in San Diego, California.  All questions regarding this RFQ must be in writing and may be sent by e mail to Charity.Cazee@va.gov. All questions and concerns regarding this RFQ shall be directed to the Contracting Officer.  SCHEDULE: This scope of work is to provide the VA San Diego Healthcare System a service contract to conduct Fire Sprinkler System & Fire Pump Inspection, Testing and Maintenance. The Inspections, Testing, and maintenance are to ensure compliance with NFPA 13, NFPA 25 and The Joint Commission standards. The contractor is required to have asbestos certifications.
