THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION ANNOUNCEMENT. There are no compatible alternatives authorized and/or available that can integrate with the set without affecting functionality, performance, and/or warranties, etc. associated. Therefore, this will be a Brand Name procurement for the remaining items needed to secure a complete set of Stryker BPX Surgical Instruments for the Podiatry Service at VANCHCS. Please refer to the solicitation for a complete summary of the items requested and any additional procurement details. A Request for Quotation using the following NAICS is contemplated: 339112 Surgical and Medical Instrument Manufacturing. THIS RFQ SHALL BE A TOTAL SET-ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS. Solicitation documents will be available on or about Tuesday, September 1, 2026. The solicitation will contain Quotation instructions. The Government intends to award one (1) Firm-Fixed-Price Contract.
