Description
The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) hereby issues this Request for Proposal (RFP), Solicitation No. SPRRA2-26-R-0072, for the addition of fifteen (15) National Stock Numbers (NSNs)/Part Numbers(PNs) to the existing Indefinite Delivery Requirements (IDR) Long-Term Contract (LTC), Contract No. SPRRA2-25-D-0016, hereinafter referred to as the Alpha VI Contract.
The Alpha VI Contract was awarded on September 26, 2025, as a subsumable contract under Raytheon Technologies Corporation’s Umbrella Contract No. SPRBL1-25-D-0006, awarded on August 1, 2025. This contract superseded the prior Depot Level Repairable (DLR) contract, SPRBL1-15-D-0017 (Alpha V).
The requirements associated with this solicitation are identified in Enclosure 1, Identification of Requirements (IOR), which details the fifteen (15) NSNs/PNs included in this procurement. These requirements support the Patriot Missile System and other critical defense systems.
The terms and conditions of Umbrella Contract No. SPRBL1-25-D-0006 and the Alpha VI Contract No. SPRRA2-25-D-0016 shall govern the rights and obligations of both the Government and the Contractor.
This solicitation is issued on a sole-source basis to Raytheon Company (CAGE 05716) pursuant to 10 U.S.C. § 3204(a)(1) and FAR 6.302-1, as only one responsible source is capable of satisfying the Government’s requirements.

THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME. REQUEST FOR A SOLICITATION WILL NOT RECEIVE A RESPONSE. This Sources Sought Synopsis (SSS) is in support of Market Research being conducted by the Defense Logistics Agency to identify potential manufacturing/supply sources, and if future efforts can be competitive or Set Aside for Small Business. The proposed North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code is 334290 which has a corresponding Size Standard of 800 employees. This SSS is to notify companies that the Defense Logistics Agency, Redstone Arsenal, Alabama, is seeking qualified sources for the acquisition of a PANEL,CONTROL,ELECT, NSN: 5895-01-721-1771, Part Number: 13748140 in support of the IBAS weapon system. The Government does not have adequate data, lacks rights to data, or both needed to purchase this part from additional sources. As a result, this acquisition is currently being procured under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.103-1(b) having only a limited number of responsible sources. The Government is interested in all businesses to include 8(a), small business and small disadvantaged business, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned, Hubzone, and Women-Owned small business concerns. All contractors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be registered as a potential source. Firms that possess the ability and can produce the required item(s) described above are encouraged to identify themselves. The Defense Logistics Agency-Aberdeen, on behalf of the Army Integrated Logistics Supply Center (ILSC) – Supply Chain Management Directorate (SCMD) – Strategic Sourcing Directorate (SSD), intends to acquire Parts to support the Scalable Class of Unified Terminals (SCOUT). Requirements Description: This is a market survey to locate sources of supply for NSN 5895-01-731-0983, Receiver Transmitter, a Ku-Band Transceiver, in support of the Scalable Class of Unified Terminals (SCOUT) Medium 1.3m Satellite Communication Subsystem to provide a robust, long-range, Beyond Line-of-Sight (BLOS) communication capability. The NSN identified above is only defined by Tampa Microwave, LLC’s part numbers and National Stock Numbers. Detailed technical data (drawings or specifications) for the manufacture or acceptance of this item is not available from the Army.
