65--Omeprazole Capsules

PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE: The VA National Acquisition Center intends to issue Request for Proposal (RFP) 36E79720R0002 for an unrestrictive procurement for Omeprazole Capsules, for the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) and Indian Health Service (IHS). The VA will award one contract to the responsible offeror who will be able to provide an uninterrupted source of supply for the contracted items. The contract period will be for one year plus four pre-priced one-year option periods. Contract line items 1 4a/4b will be distributed through the VA s Pharmaceutical Prime Vendor Program. Line items 5 and 6 are bulk line items and will be shipped by the awarded contractor to the VA s Pharmaceutical Repackaging Contractor. Line items 5 and 6 must be provided in cases/drums of at least 100,000 capsules. Offerors must state the exact name (name that appears on label) by which the drug will be supplied and have a unique NDC number. Solicitation # 36E79720R0002 will be electronically issued in commercial item format in accordance with FAR Part 12 on or about November 5, 2019, with a tentative closing date of November 19, 2019.
