Description
FFDG is seeking to procure (2) fabricated HD Coldboxes, with a potential third.
Please see attached for Fermilab RFP# 375613swk and associated documentation. Please ensure that you review the RFP document fully, as it outlines how to submit a complete proposal package.

- Proposals are due 5pm Central, January 6th 2026 (THIS IS THE NEW DUE DATE, THE RFP DOCUMENT DOES NOT REFLECT THIS NEW DUE DATE)
- Proposals exceeding $10k must be submitted with a completed SARC and PUR-466
