Description
The Range Operations Directorate at White Sands Missile Range, New Mexico is dedicated to having funcational and operational Nortel/Ribbon CS2100 and CS1000M switches range-wide, ensuring voice traffic is transported to its determined destination within Information Assurance and mission safety parameters. Currently their CS1000M and CS2100 are functional, but not operational because they depend on the connection to the STORM server. The STORM server is in fault mode and cannot provide the loading configurations to the CS1000M and CS2100.
- Contractor shall provide 24 hours, 7 days per week with a remote telephonic technical support license for an ESP Tier II and Ribbon Tier III license term of 12 months. When telephonic technical support is used, the issue will be resolved while on the phone with government personnel performing the fix. If the issue cannot be resolved, then on-site support will be required.
- The on-site support shall also include 3 site visits per year with each visit consisting of 24 hours at WSMR. To include on-site troubleshooting, diagnostics, routine technical assistance, and emergency technical assistance services as required. In addition to technical assistance, shall include testing, diagnostic fault isolation, problem resolution, and system restoration.
- Vendor must fix and retrieve the telephone switch files in the STORM Server, and clear possible faults on the CS1000M and CS2100. Vendor must provide telephone support throughout the length of the service contract (1 year).
