Spring St, Los Angeles, CA and Federal Building,1340 W. Sixth St, Los Angeles, CA. The proposed start date is March 1, 2019. GSA is issuing this solicitation electronically and interested parties may access the solicitation at the Federal Business Opportunities website at http://www.fedbizopps.gov. This requirement is 100 percent set-aside for Small Business Administration 8(a) Business Development Program. The Contractor shall provide all management, supervision, labor, materials, supplies and equipment (except as otherwise provided), and shall plan, schedule, coordinate and assure effective performance of all services described in Solicitation #47PK0219R0002. The Contractor will be required to provide operation and maintenance Services in accordance with the requirements of the solicitation. A pre-proposal conference will be held on Thursday, November 29, 2018 at the US Courthouse, 312 N. Spring St, Los Angeles, CA 90012. The conference will at 11:00am PST and go until 1:00pm PST. Please note: Government-issued photo identification will be required in order to access the building. The agenda will include a review of the solicitation package followed by a tour of the facilities. If you do plan on attending the conference, please notify Tania Ramsay.
