J&A for Exception to Fair Opportunity

The B-52 System Program Office (SPO) and the Commercial Engine Replacement Program (CERP), have mission requirements to provide Information Assurance (IA), Mission Assurance (MA), Aerospace Systems (AS), Aerospace Engineering (AE), and information/mission systems security improvements to Airborne and Ground/B-52H systems/platforms involving secure systems, mechanical, structural, electrical, aerospace engineering, and technical research/analysis in support of the B-52 SPO and CERP mission requirements.
