The General Services Administration (GSA) is issuing this draft Solicitation for GSA Fleet Telematics services. This is only a DRAFT Solicitation. DO NOT SUBMIT A PROPOSAL/QUOTE in response to this DRAFT Solicitation. The purpose of this draft is to inform industry and to gather industry feedback. Please see the attached DRAFT solicitation documents: DRAFT Request For Quote DRAFT Price Quote The Government highly encourages Industry to review the DRAFT documents and submit questions/comments. Your response will help the Government identify areas of the draft that are unclear, restrictive, or not aligned with commercial practice. In your response, please also include suggested revisions or remedies that may address concerns or issues you have identified. All information received in response to this DRAFT Solicitation that is marked proprietary will be handled accordingly. The Government intends to use the information provided in the responses for planning purposes and to help make strategic decisions in the development of the final solicitation documents. No entitlement to payment by the Government of direct or indirect costs or charges will arise because of the submission of information. The Government shall not be liable for, or suffer any, consequential damages for any improperly identified proprietary information.
