Pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 10, the Defense Logistics Agency is issuing this Sources Sought Notice as a means of conducting market research to identify an interest in and the resources to support requirements for the Fiber Rope Assembly, Single Leg under the 4020 class code (NSN - 4020-01-579-7011). The requirements are sole sourced to Cortland Industrial LLC (CAGE 6X552) with part number T318-30TT-BLACK DLA Troop support is researching the possibility of a solicitation for the referenced item under a Long Term Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity Contract. This Sources Sought Notices is issued for information and planning purposes and does not constitute a solicitation nor is this notice a Request for Quote (RFQ) or a Request for Proposal (RFP). This notice should not be construed as a commitment by DLA Troop Support for any purpose. Submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary. The Government assumes no financial responsibility for any cost incurred. The Government will NOT pay for any information submitted by respondents in response to this Sources Sought Notice.
