CONSTRUCTION STATEMENT OF WORK Fluoroscopy Room C216o Prep Project No. 539-CSI-208 Date: July 30, 2026 The Contractor shall provide all tools, equipment, material, permits, labor, and supervision required to completely perform the required construction work for the Fluoroscopy Room C216o Prep Project 539-CSI-208, including preparation of site for building operations including demolition and removal of existing structures, and furnish labor and materials and perform work as required by drawings and specifications. Work includes architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and other trades as shown and specified in project drawings and specifications. This construction project will address infrastructure upgrades and modifications to support install of a new Fluoroscopy C-Arm within the Cath Lab space at the Cincinnati VAMC as outlined within the construction drawings. The above construction Statement Of Work (SOW) constitutes a basic outline of work and in no way outlines all of the details for the construction of this project. It is recommended that a detailed inspection of the premises, drawings and specifictions be initiated to determine the needs and conditions for the construction of this project. Period of Performance: All phases of work completed within 180 calendar days after issuance of the Notice to Proceed.
