Amendment 0003 The purpose of this amendment is to make changes to SIR 693KA7-18-R-00009 and update the following SIR Sections: o Section L o Section M o Attachment J-34 Please see all applicable edits in the attached document entitled "MSBRS SIR Amendment 0003". ________________________________________________________ Amendment 0002 The purpose of this amendment 0002 is to post FAA's response to Industry Questions,incorporate revisions to SIR 693KA7-18-R-00009 in addition to updating the solicitation schedule as follows: o Receive Offeror Proposals no later than 4 p.m. ET on October 19, 2018. _________________________________________________________ Amendment 0001 The purpose of this amendment 0001 is to incorporate revisions to SIR 693KA7-18-R-00009 in addition to updating the solicitation schedule as follows: o Industry to submit Comments/Questions by August 14, 2018 o FAA to post response to Industry Comments/Questions by August 28, 2018 o Receive Offeror Proposals by September 24, 2018. _________________________________________________________ This SIR/RFO is being posted in accordance with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Acquisition Management Policy, Section 3.2.1.3.11 Public Announcements. The FAA is investing in the modernization of Mode S Beacon Replacement System (MSBRS). This will provide infrastructure improvements needed to support near-term strategic Air Traffic Control management objectives. To accomplish this, the FAA is posting this final SIR/ Request for Offer with the intention of awarding a contract for the procurement of a Mode S Beacon Replacement System (MSBRS).
