Single Source: SyberJet SJ30 Initial and Recurrent Pilot qualification Training

In accordance with Section 3.2.2.4 of the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Acquisition Management System (AMS), the purpose of this announcement is to inform industry of the basis for the FAA's decision to contract on a single source basis. The FAA intends to enter into a single source contract with SyberJet Aircraft. Through Market Research SyberJet Aviation has been identified as a provider for SyberJet SJ30 Pilot training. No other sources have been identified. Therefore, based on this information A competitive solicitation is not available for this procurement. If your firm does not agree with this single source determination, please provide evidence of your firm's capability and experience in providing the items outlined above and the FAA will evaluate accordingly.
