CBP Pre-Command Leadership Training

NOTIFICATION OF AMENDMENT CHANGES: It has come to my attention that many are confused regarding the proposal due date and the release of a new 1449. The SF30 Amendments take precedence over the 1449 and Synopsis, meaning the due date is that on the last amendment which is April 19th at 12:00 pm (EST). Any document with another date should be ignored. As far as the 1449, I will be taking both of the posted ones as a corrected 1449 should never have been posted and this is due to the SF30's precedence over that forms contents. To summarize due date is April 19th at 12:00 pm (EST), I will accept either 1449, the SF30 Amendment takes precedence over all former postings.
