Changes to the Statement of Work include Section 4.2.8. For solicitation and source selection purposes, the inclusion of an NIJ “Notice of Compliance” letter for each ballistic make/model at time of proposal submission meets all government requirements contained in SOW Sections 2.3 and 4.1.3. Administrative delays by the National Institute of Justice related to the public posting of the Compliance Product List will not adversely affect an offer’s/awardee’s standing regarding SOW compliance.
