This requirement is for a global enterprise mobile telecommunications solution supporting approximately 150–200 voice and data lines across the United States, Europe, North Africa, the Pacific, and Central America. The contractor must provide multi-carrier access, 4G/5G voice and data services, always-on international roaming, SIM/eSIM provisioning, and a secure management portal with usage analytics, billing transparency, rate optimization, and SLA monitoring. Site assignments may be based on geographic coverage, service availability, demonstrated capability, price, and compliance with applicable requirements. If ABMC awards multiple contracts, each awarded contractor shall perform all work and meet all requirements for the Locations assigned under its contract.
