Description

The Government hereby submits a notice of intent to award an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity Contract type to Operational Surveyors, Inc. The objective is to acquire Intelligence staffing support services for meeting ASPR's mission, daily functions, and partner engagement functions to respond to 21st-century public health and medical emergencies and threats. Specifically, the Intelligence staff will support administrative, project/program management, and analytical services to identify and develop appropriate lines of effort to mitigate key risks, threats, and vulnerabilities to the agency's ability to remain prepared and, when needed, provide appropriate responses. The individual Task Orders will be executed during this contract in response to a public health emergency that is determined by the Department of Health Administration for Strategic Preparedness and Response (ASPR). The period of performance for this effort will be a 10-month base period and 2 12-month option periods after the contract award. The total estimated value is not to exceed $3.5M.
