Description
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention intends to award a sole source firm fixed price contract to Stony Brook University (SUNY) to develop a lightweight machine learning system for monitoring the safety of mast climbing work platforms (MCWPs). The authority for this sole source acquisition is in accordance with RFO FAR Part 6.103-1.
This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, any firm believing it can fulfill the requirement identified above may submit a written response to be received by the Contracting Office no later than 15 business days after the original date of publication of this notice, which shall be considered by the agency.
