The Indian Health Service, Northern Navajo Medical Center, located at Shiprock, New Mexico, 87420 has an upcoming requirement for Lease of Nine (9) Xerox Copier Machines and Sixty (60) month Preventative Maintenance Agreement for the General Services Department. Period of Performance will include a Base Period (12-months) + 4 Option Periods (12-months each).

1st Option Period: December 15, 2026 to December 14, 2027

2nd Option Period: December 15, 2027 to December 14, 2028

The Request for Quotations No. 75H71026Q00017 in accordance with Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) 12.201-1 will be issued on or by November 21, 2025.  Evaluation factors may include technical capability to meet the government need, delivery time, and price.  Quotes will be due on or by Monday, December 1, 2025. The acquisition is an ISBEE set-aside.

In accordance with 52.204-7(b)(1) prospective contractors must have – and maintain (in accordance with 52.204-13(c) – an active profile in the System for Award Management at beta.SAM.gov in order to submit a quote.
