Part 91 On Call Government Furnished Pilot - Small Airplane services in support of DOI natural resource programs as requested by the Government

Solicitation 8009-37 is intended to replace aircraft currently on the Aircraft Rental Agreement operating under 14 CFR Part 91for the use by Government Pilots only. These aircraft are generally less than five passenger seats and must be located near the home base of Government Pilots who may use them such as Boise, ID, Phoenix, AZ, Denver, CO, Omaha, NE, and Atlanta, GA. Blanket Purchase Agreements will only be established with qualified vendors in those areas where support of Government missions is most likely and aircraft offered are of the size and price most advantageous to the Government. Solicitations will be sent to all current Part 91 operators operating under the Dept of the Interior's Aircraft Rental Agreement and new offerors where additional aircraft are needed.
